”My name is Pam Barker and I lead preschool choir along with Terah Guster. I have taught preschoolers for 30+ years and my favorite thing to teach children is music. If you think about it, we have all learned so much to music- our ABC’s, Bible thoughts and verses, nursery rhymes, and so much more. Music is also an incredible form of worship and seeing the children’s pure worship brings happy tears to my eyes. Preschool choir meets from 6:30-7:00 on Wednesday evenings. It is a fun time of singing, worshipping, playing instruments and playing musical games. The children learn music appreciation and rhythm and tons of bible songs, but they also work together, take turns, get exercise and develop many prereading and premath skills. Most of all, we have a blast and grow to love each other and God more and more. We also will get the opportunity to sing in the Sunday morning worship service several times throughout the year. Children 2 yrs old – kindergarten are invited to join us.
